“Nothing changes if nothing changes.” I believe you can be the change you want if you have the tools and the right encouragement. There is a reason that the windshield ahead of you is larger than the rearview window. We will work together to look at your past so that you can move forward and enjoy your future.

I am trained in EMDR and am working through the Gorski Relapse Prevention Counseling module certification. Through my work experiences in hospice, alcohol & drug rehabilitation, and with the military, I have become diverse in my abilities to help people work through their multi-dimensional issues so they can learn how to enjoy their lives fully.

Comments from various clients: "You made me realize that I am a survivor. You helped me come to terms. Make me feel strong. Have a manner that instills confidence and trust. I feel safe with you. Have a way of getting people to talk which I don't do. Soothing voice. Your work ethic is unmatched to any other."
